3 New Fragrances from Elizabeth Arden {Review}
It’s no secret that I am a HUGE Elizabeth Arden fan….and I basically only wear their perfumes at this stage. Just call me a creature of habit! The Sunflowers scents are usually my favourite, and then I am also a fan of the White Tea range, but I mean, who isn’t?? Their other scents do intrigue me though, and for years I only wore the Green Tea Nectarine Blossom. Sadly, I think that one has been discontinued. Today I thought I’d share some of the new fragrances at the Elizabeth Arden counter with you….as we head towards the festive season, and we have to start planning our impending treats 😉
Side bar: What I love most about Elizabeth Arden, is that they have skincare, as well as fragrances to suit every budget, without skimping on quality. Okay, let’s jump in and chat about these new fragrances!
5th Avenue NYC Red Eau de Parfum Spray
Passionate. Electric. Vibrant.
5th avenue NYC RED radiates with the City’s vibrant beat. Sweet red apple and strawberry with an exotic heart of rich jasmine sambac. Luscious and intense heat, just like the City. Feel the passion.
Top Notes: Red apple, Bergamot, Pink Pepper, Freesia, Red Currant
Heart Notes: Jasmine Sambac, Violet, Orange Blosson, Dahlia
Base Notes: Kashmir Wood, Tonka Bean, Red Amber, Sandalwood, Musk
I think this glass bottle is absolutely stunning, so sleek and sophisticated with the red and gold. This is quite a sweet, fruity scent and I definitely get the hints of the Red Apple and Red currant, while the musk comes through as the scent settles. This scent is definitely the sweetest of the 3 fragrances for me. My mom absolutely LOVES this scent and can not stop wearing it.
Green Tea Pear Blossom (RSP R480/100ml)
Inspired by the delicate white blossoms of the green Anjou Pear Tree, this scent captures the fragrant aroma of a sundrenched grove. From its first impression, it bursts with a far-reaching, sweet floral scent, captivating joy and happiness. As a harmonizing finishing touch, the signature is feminine, soft and crisp with an unmatched pear purity that delightfully awakens your senses.
Top Notes:Â Sparkling Anjou Pear, Italian Bergamot Essence, Sicilian Lemon Essence
Heart Notes:Â Anjou Pear Tree Blossom, Jasmine Sambac Absolute India, Green Tea Vapor Accord Mate Absolute from Paraguay
Base Notes:Â Radiant Musks, Amber White Moss
As I said in my intro, I was always a huge fan of the Green Tea range, so I always love seeing which new scent combinations will be released. The Green Tea Pear Blossom scent is so lovely, refreshing and crisp, it literally smells like the first day of Spring. I think this scent is perfect for a day out with the girls, or a lunch date with your significant other.
White Tea Mandarin Blossom (RSP R895/100ml; R595/30ml)
White Tea Mandarin Blossom evokes an air of festivity. The sparkling pleasure of an ocean mist on warm skin. The tangy sweetness of budding orange poised aginst the sharp crispnes of the Mediterranean Sea. Warm sensuality with an airy freshness.
Top Notes:Â Mandarin, Bergamot, Lemon, Exotic Fruits
Heart Notes:Â Orange Flower, Jasmine, Neroli, White Tea
Base Notes:Â Luminous Musks, Cedar wood, Osmanthus, Ambrox
Sometimes the snow comes down in June, sometimes the sun goes round the moon…. Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last……
I know….very dramatic, but indeed how I feel! I literally could not wait to get my hands on this scent and was thrilled when it arrived recently. The White Tea bottle is one that also screams of sophistication. The bottle is sleek and sophisticated, but the white packaging makes it so unique and easily identifiable.
Then the scent….White Tea wearing people, recognise this scent anywhere! It’s just such a classic, and even with the new scent combinations, it never loses that signature White Tea base scent. The White Tea Mandarin Blossom is such a delicate scent, yet it has such presence. When I first spritz this, I get a whiff of something luscious, and exotic. It’s floral and fruity, without being sweet….it’s so balanced and honestly is just perfection! The citrus notes just work so well with this scent and if you are a lover of the Sunflowers scent (like I am), I think you’ll definitely love this one too. Now I’m just waiting for my husband to take me out to dinner, because this is definitely my date night scent going forward 😉
What are your favourite type of scents? Do you plan to try any of these new fragrances out?Â

Ooooooh hells bells. I want to need this Mandarin White Tea… 🤩 My white tea people from all over are ALWAYS asking what it is when I wear it. I’ve always been a signature scent Alien girl but… If I’m honest right now I think im moving to White Tea. Thanks for this. Can’t wait to give them a sniff!
